I just found this jigsaw reading on the internet, thought you might find it useful.
Version #1 – Cut it out, mix the pieces and give them to your students as if it was a game of cards. Leave the first sentence for you to read to the rest of the class. The student who thinks has the next sentence reads it out loud. If it’s correct, they put it on the table, next to the first one. If not, he/she will have to take another sentence (without looking at it) from student on his/her right. The first student to end up with no papers will be the winner. You can do this with groups of students, instead of individuals.
Version #2 – Cut it out, mix the pieces and put them all on the table. Make your students order the story while they read it. Make sure they pronounce the -ed endings correctly!
